Sandwich Saturday 2.0

What we have here is Sandwich Saturday. Ginger Cilantro Chicken Salad Melt on Sourdough with homegrown cherry tomatoes and gooey White American Cheese. This sandwich made my Sandwich Saturday phenomenal. The creamy chicken salad with just a hint of ginger and cilantro paired super well with the buttery grilled sourdough. mmm.
