Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta

For so many years I was told that Brussels Sprouts are not delicious, so many of my childhood friends would cringe at the thought of eating these delightful little greens. Here we have some Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta and Garlic, the pork flavors and green textures are a treat to behold in sight and savor.

Chicken with Chimichurri 2.0

So I made this with my friend Joel the other night, and then I posted pictures, but I think this picture is better than the other one that I posted, so I thought that I would remind you and post this better picture of the delicious grilled chicken with chimichurri that I made about a week ago. Also I would like to point out the sharpness of this photo, and the savory Brussels sprouts. Yum.
