Lola Gaspar

So we've been busy, my cousins and I. Going the the gym, making pretzels, having a ball: these are the things  we've been enjoying. But would I be a good host if I let my cousins go home without a night in DTSA (Down Town Santa Ana)? Certainly not. Tonight we had dinner at Lola Gaspar, a local favorite. Above you see the bacon wrapped blue cheese dates, house made chicken terrine with crisp pig's ear and toasted bread with black truffle butter, and finally the Frenchie which is Lola's burger on a brioche with blue cheese, caramelized onions, and wine reduction. It was quite nice.
