Sandwich Saturday

Its Saturday. And it turns out that is has been months, perhaps years since I have had the time to enjoy a proper Saturday. This morning I rose from the comfort of my bed no earlier that eleven thirty AM. Enjoyed the richness of a morning French press before the Lord's angels descended upon me with the great and glorious gift of sandwich. From ingredients I found in my house I pieced together this magnificent afternoon meal. Grilled garlic chicken, Roma tomatoes and avocados with chipotle lime aioli on a baguette.
