I am Vietnamese. I love Mexico. I love food. These three facts combined lead to a natural love for Vietnamese and Mexican cuisine. Tacos, mariscos, chile rellenos, bun thit noung, com tam: the foods I love from either of these genre are too many to number. About a month ago I combined the two, and today I have the evidence. Vietnamese rice noodles, topped with Vietnamese herbs, carnitas, smothered in fish sauce and finished with a chili from my back yard. V-Mex. Vietnamese Mexican.
